ABOUT US
We are all volunteers trying to help the strays. You see them everywhere, but are not sure how you can help? I used to be the same way, not knowing how to help so I started this webpage and posted online in other areas to jump start the TNR program. For those of you that do not know what TNR is, it is trap, neuter, and release. I post information that a cat was found in the area it was trapped, at shelters, and vets. I also have our vet check for microchips. No one has ever claimed a cat that was trapped or simply wandering.
Over the years, I have spent much more than anyone would ever like to think about spending for stray cats. I want to help more stray cats. By fixing stray cats, I am not only going to improve the cat's health, but also cut back on the numbers of cats marking territory and producing kittens that will also be homeless. Fixed cats are less likely to roam, fight for territory, urine mark, and get cancer. Cats that fight and produce are also more likely to spread disease. Cats that are friendly can be adopted and we will happily adopt them to loving homes. We are looking for people to donate, volunteer, foster, or adopt.
